Feedback provided during beta may be used to improve the product. 

5. Subscriptions & Payments

If you purchase a subscription: 

• Prices and billing terms will be disclosed at checkout 

• Payments are billed in advance 

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 

• You are responsible for applicable taxes 

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

6. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the software 

• Interfere with the operation or security of the services 

• Use the services to distribute harmful or misleading content

10. Google Business Profile Integration & Authorization

    When you authorize GBP access, you grant us permission to:
    – Read/update your business info
    – Create and publish posts
    – Access reviews and analytics
    – Upload media

    You Control Access:
    – Revoke anytime via plugin dashboard or Google account settings
    – You own your GBP data

    Our Responsibilities:
    – Only act within authorized permissions
    – Follow Google’s API policies
    – Remove plugin content when you disconnect

    Your Obligations:
    – Provide accurate business info
    – Follow Google’s content policies
    – No spam or misleading content

    Note: Can’t connect a different GBP for 30 days after disconnect (abuse prevention).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mAIrketer.com and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Violation of these Terms 

• Violation of applicable laws 

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. 

You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the cancellation terms provided.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

15. Governing Law
